It’s tight, but Zayn‘s latest album looks like it might just return him to the Top 10 on Friday.
Nobody Is Listening came out last week with about nine day’s notice; the trailer single Vibez proving to be just about the only solid promotion it got.
It’s doing well, though; at any rate significantly better than 2018’s Icarus Falls, which stalled at No77.
According to the latest midweeks, the new effort is at No10 – and is the most-streamed newly-released LP of the week so far. If you want to hear its best song, good news! You can do that here.
It’s You Me At Six who are currently leading the charge to No1, with Suckapunch leading Sleaford Mods‘ Spare Ribs and Barry Gibb’s incumbent No1 Greenfields.
Boyband Why Don’t We are doing impressively well – they’re at No4 as things stand – and there’s also new entries from Shame at No6 and the late David Bowie at No8. Zayn is just ahead of Ashnikko, who’s at No11.
Over on the singles chart, Olivia Rodrigo remains out front; just ahead of Anne-Marie.
