Lizzo has confirmed she has new music coming in the near future, and she hopes to get Harry Styles (!) and Rihanna (!!!!) on board for it.

The star was the breakout phenomenon of 2019, and has recently been working on the follow-up to Cuz I Love You – the record that spawned Juice and Tempo, just as Good As Hell and Truth Hurts were having belated success too.

Now, speaking on Instagram live, she’s said simply: “New music is motherfucking coming”.

Reading a fan comment, she added: “’Are you and Harry going to collab?’ I have a collab with him this weekend. I’m going to call him.”

She also spoke about her hopes of teaming up with Rihanna, saying: “Rihanna is busy but you know what is crazy? I have been wanting to hit her up. I’m scared, though.

“I’ma just DM her and say, ‘Hey, I’ve got a song for us’. I do have a song. I might just do it.”

Lizzo x Rihanna would be the stuff of dreams, let’s not lie.
