In a rare glimmer of happy news on this raging hellplanet, Pussycat Dolls star Jessica Sutta has announced she is pregnant with her first child, due in May.

That excitement has been accompanied by some speculation that the pandemic-delayed PCD reunion tour will no longer be going ahead – but she’s wasted no time in hitting straight back.

She tweeted: “This is such an exciting time in my life and I’m so happy to share it with all of you. To all the people thinking the tour isn’t going to happen and spreading negativity on one of the most beautiful life events for me, that’s simply not true…

“This show will go on once this global pandemic subsides and it’s safe to do so hopefully by this summer/fall. I plan to come back 100% but if I can’t participate for some reason, the girls can go on without me until I can. So please..

“Keep your negativity to yourselves and let us celebrate something that I have always dreamed of and something that takes priority over everything else, becoming a Mommy.

“Thanks to all that have shown love and support. I feel your energy in my heart. Love always, Jess.”

Ashley Roberts previously spoke about the upcoming tour, which was slated for spring 2020 before being nudged back to autumn 2020, spring 2021, and now ‘tbc’.

She said more new music will hopefully be on the way, adding to previous speculation that ‘React’ would be the start of an EP project.

Nicole Scherzinger, meanwhile, has signed with new management.
