Danja has shared some clips of demos he was seemingly hopeful would wind up on a new Britney Spears album.
Britney, of course, is not working at the moment – and there seems to be a mixed reaction as to whether or not the producer was right or wrong to share these songs with the apparent goal of getting them made (he specifically calls out RCA and Larry Rudolph, her label and manager), given that she’s indefinitely off the clock.
Danja was behind Britney’s 2007 album Blackout, which remains widely regarded as a massive high point in her consistently strong discography.
It had already been reported that he was working on music for a potential new album from her, although of course it’s now unknown when or even if she’ll want to get back into the whole music industry shenanigans again.
In any case, hear the clips below.
These come a few days after Brit’s social media manager ‘took to Instagram’ to respond to theories about the inner workings of the icon’s online presence.
