Kylie Minogue and Robbie Williams are said to have recorded a new song together, which the latter is keen to release a single.
They previously, as you well know, duetted 21 years ago on the song Kids, which peaked at No2 – kept off the summit by U2’s Beautiful Day.
“Kylie and Robbie have recorded a new song together. It’s their first collab since Kids in 2000 and Robbie is keen to make it a single. Due to COVID there are no concrete plans for the release,” an insider told the Daily Star.
“It won’t be a mini drop like Kylie recently did with her Studio 2054 remix of Real Groove with Dua Lipa.”
Handily, Robbie himself confirmed: “I have a song with Miss Kylie Minogue, I have big plans for it if she is up for it. I have big plans.”
Let’s hope it’s more Your Disco Needs You than Kids 2.0.
