Liam Payne has finally stuck a release date and a title on his debut album.
Forty years after One Direction went on hiatus, he’s finally confirmed that the record is going to see the light of day on December 6.
The title? LP1.
Did we not LEARN from the Little Mix LM5 fiasco? Did we NOT LEARN?!?!?!
LP1 comes after the release of his EP First Time last year, and the current single Stack It Up – which came out last month and has so far peaked at No84 in the UK.
Whether the now two-year-old Strip That Down and Bedroom Floor will also make the cut remains to be seen, but he said recently that it’s “very hip-hop and R&B-orientated, with lots of artists that I like β an Usher and Justin Timberlake reference throughout”. (So basically it’s not looking good for his best ever song, Get Low.)
This will make Louis Tomlinson the last remaining 1D star without a solo album release, but Wikipedia reckons his collection Walls will be out in January.
