Hailee Steinfeld has finally got back to music; with a new track out today.

Afterlife is, like last year’s similarly-titled Back To Life, arriving in support of one of her acting projects; this one being Dickinson.

This is a good song (with amazing artwork!!), but it’s taken me a few listens to click with it properly. Honestly, Hailee’s earliest stuff was so under-rated at the time; it’s been quite frustrating watching the inevitable stop-start momentum that comes with her juggling several careers at once.
